Cancellation policy 72 hours before 2 pm on the day of arrival. In the event of a no-show or cancellation of booking outside the cancellation window, the guest will incur a charge to the value of the first night

Hotel Policies / Terms and Conditions

Please note: If your local currency is different from euros, and you choose to pay at the hotel front desk, the payment must be processed in euros (for the same euro amount shown in your booking). Your bank will handle the currency conversion and may apply additional charges in your local currency. Also note that you can always pay it directly to Booking.com or Expedia at any time before your check-in.

The Guest agrees that should the following policies, terms and conditions be broken, the hotel will charge for any outstanding balance if necessary.  Please, check below the hotel policies:

- The minimum age for check-in is 18 (for all guests, not only the reservation owner).

- We require an ID with a photo (passport, driver’s license, personal ID) for all guests at check-in, including Irish nationals. We reserve the right to refuse check-in if guests do not comply. Please also have your reservation confirmation with you in your email.

- Non-smoking rooms. Smoking in the room will result in charges of up to €200 to the occupying guest to cover deep cleaning costs.

- Non-residents are not allowed to visit hotel guests on the premises at any time.

- Parties are not allowed in the rooms or apartments. In case of external people inside the apartment, the security will ask them to leave, and the reservation may be cancelled.

- The Temple Bar Lane reserves the right to request any guest to vacate their room for breach of hotel policies, and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

The check-in time starts at 3:00 pm, but feel free to come earlier and leave your bags with us.
